Wow, over a year since my last entry. :P I really wish I'd had kept up with this, since so much has happened and it would be cool to read about it later. But whatever, I'll just have to update more often now! :)
So, moving to the new apartment went great, eventually! I'm so in love with our new house, it's larger and so full of light. Jani even painted the kitchen wall and it looks so good with my retro-Marimekko curtains (from the 50's!). We are still going to paint some more, but right now we need to get all of our stuff to their new places. My clothes have been in huge black plastic bags for a freaking week, lol! It's getting hard to find anything not wrinkly to wear. :D
Work has been plentifull! :D Working two-three jobs means that my weeks vary from 40 to 60 hours a week. Phew. Haven't had a weekend off since... when?? When I graduated, I guess. But the reason why I'm working this hard (aside from moving) is the PUPPY coming in August!! She's a White Swiss Shepherd dog and was born on July 24th. I've been dreaming of a dog for over a year now, and finally I'm getting my own. :) I have so much plans for us; agility, obedience, dog dancing etc.
Our little family also got a new member last Christmas, as a tiny black kitten we named Nemi moved to our home. Now that kitten is a sweet but very energetic youngster ;) I have no worries about having a cat and a dog in the same house. They will get along, I'm sure.
Oh and I woke up 9 am last morning (after working 6 hours the previous night) just to go with mum and my stepdad when they went to pick up their new puppy; a Bernese Mountain dog! He's called Berminas Chic Charmeud "Chico". Chico is pretty much the cutest thing ever. I swear, I'm going to move back to my mum's place just because of him.
So happy to have all these animals around me. :) After we get our dog, we are (well, I am, lol) thinking of getting another cat.
Right, better get back to work (where I'm writing this). :D

So my summer holiday is well under away, and so far I must say that DAMN I'M TANNED. :D I look so hot, seriously. But I'm freaking out just thinking that it might fade a bit since the weather forecasts have been promising rain and clouds for us. Right now it's sunny though. LOL, sounds really sad, I know, but since my only goal for this summer was to be really tanned, this is a major problem! ;D
Last weekend Jani and I were at Tomi's parents cabin with Tomi, his gf Anni, his brother Tuukka and his parents. Oh, and Tomi's and Anni's two ADORABLE dogs, Emma and Eddie! :) Their cabin was in Naantali and they like own 1/3 of a island. It was wayyyy cool. We slept at the guest house down at the beach and sunbathed, fished, swam, ate well and just chilled out with the dogs. Saturday we went out in the sea with the smaller boat, so the boys could fish their hearts out and we girls could tan ourselves. I got sun-burnt SO BAD. Never before have I burnt so bad - my face, arms, shoulders, chest, upper back and legs were bright red and so sore!!! Oh my gosh, it was so horrendous. But now that it has turned into the best tan ever, I'm sure all the pain was worth of it. :D
Oh, and I gotta say that Naantali is so beautiful! Friday night us 'kids' went back there for couple of drinks, and after that we just walked around for a while in the sunset... Really beautiful. :)
But gosh, did I love being on a boat! Especially every time we went really faaaaaast! lol
I'll be working Fri and Sat nights... Expect to see you there, Kaisa. ;) I really really need money. Jani and I are planning of going to Tuska festival in the end of this month... don't know where I'll dig the money for that, since I owe my brother 60e. :X
Everything's still very nice and dandy with Jani. :) I've been staying in his apartment for my whole vacation now... and it's like we pretty much live together; we go grocery shopping together, cook, plan what to buy for the place next etc. And since he works from 5am to 5pm (he works for my stepdad in Helsinki), I clean the place and cook for him while he's gone. :P Never would've imagined me cleaning voluntarily and ENJOYING it! Wow, love will do that to you.
I'm really excited, cos yesterday we were at the store and Jani just all the sudden says that he has planned something special for us, but not for a few months. :O I tried my best to squeeze something out of him, but he didn't crack. DAMN, what is that boy thinking saying that to me?! Doesn't he know I'll go MAD waiting for it?!?! :D Don't keep the girl waiting!
Ah well, anyways, enough with the un-interesting rambling. I shall start tidying the place a bit and then head for my dad's place to see what he and my brother are up to.

A week and a half to go with school!!!11 Then it's summer vacation time baby. I got TEH SUMMER JOB, from the bar. Yayyy. So much time for tanning, sleeping, working out, drawing etc. Can't wait. :)
Next Saturday will deffo be loads of fun. First we will go to Helsinki to little Thomas' 1st birthday and then come back only to start celebrating little Sanna-Mari's 18th birthday. :D Thomas is Jani's sister's kid, btw. And Sanna-Mari is just one of my dearest friends and I can't wait for her to turn 18! We have planned her birthday for months! We will start at my mum's place, where we'll have a barbecue, then sing some karaoke, play Twister, dance, drink, drink, drink and whatnot. ;) Then, when we reach that fabby stage of being drunk & good looking, we will go to Bar 54. Yep, my workplace, but that night I sure won't be working. ;)
Jani's kid Joakim also turns 1 soon... :) How cool it is to be a stepmom, seriously? It hasn't quite sunken in yet, cos the kids don't live with Jani, but it doesn't even freak me out that he has a son and a daughter. Most people wouldn't even imagine him having kids, cos he's so young (21 yrs)... But I know he's a great dad, even though he doesn't see his kids too often. He misses them so much. :(
I'm sitting here with Jani's over-sized hoodie on. Because it smells like him. Awww. :> LOL how sad am I? We see each others EVERY DAY and I still miss him sometimes. Like today, I've been away from him for about an hour. lololololololololol
Damn, it annoys me when I call him Jani, because he has a great name, JAN CHRISTIAN. Why don't I just call him Jan?!?? Arhg. :D I have such big problems, lol.
Okay, I've officially turned into one of those annoying girls that only talk about their boyfriends. :D :D :D

Waaahhh... I have a job interview either today or tomorrow (I know it after I call the boss man, hehe) to a bar. I'M SCARED. Every one of my friends go there, I know cos it's the only decent place for young people in this town. It'd be a dream job though, working Fri/Sat nights & maybe some afternoons in the terrace, and just lazing around and tanning for the rest of the time! YES PLEASE!
The lady who initially interviewed me, said that she remembers me from Tiimari! And that she and her friends always talked what a great customer service person I am. :O Wow...
I want that job! As I said, what a PERFECT summer job plus I need moneyyyy. :P Fortunately I do have another job interview for next week, and it's for a restaurant or a bar also. But this one would probably be better... I mean, I LOVE the place. :D Used to go there every single weekend to party my ass off. Hehe. Well, I've calmed down A LOT since I met Jani.
Speaking of him, we are approaching 8 months. :) Can't believe how well things are between us. Because I really do love this boy. Crazy.
Bah, as much as I'd like to ramble on about my wonderful love-life, I need to go and study for my Math AND Business Law tests, both on Friday. :(

Umh... It's been like a decade since I last wrote. I simply just have so much in my life right now... but it just hit me, that I really would like to read about this in couple of years. I do have a paper journal too, but this is much easier. Plus it gives me a chance to practice my English. :)
So, where to start? I'm currently doing my 2-month placement in Tiimari, a fab store full of candles, decorations, pens, notebooks, arts&crafts stuff and whatnot. The workload is HUGE, but I've always been a work-a-holic, so me like. :P I mostly do customer service, helping customers out in the store and just being a cashier. I like it a lot, customer service is deffo my stuff, even though some customers are real assholes. But the good ones make up for the bad ones! Everyone's been telling me how this is just for me; being able to smile and babble all the time. The feedback I've gotten from our customers and my supervisor has been just positive. And it's pretty safe to say that I'm getting awesome recommendations and a job for evenings and weekends. :)
So besides working 8+ hours a day, I've been hanging around with my special someone. ;) Yeah, tell me about it... me having a serious boyfriend! I guess I really have changed. :D So far everything is so nice and lovely with him, and it's been so for almost 4 months now. :O I really feel like I want to be faithful to him, because he truly is gold. We have such a great time together and he makes me feel SO comfortable with myself. Plus he's always a sweetheart, singing me praises and all. ;) And the piercing on his chin ain't hurting his chances at all!
Yup, what else? Wish it was summer already... I'm absolutely hating these sudden cold weathers. :( But I guess when that's the only thing you have to complain about, things are pretty good. And they really are, I'm so happy at the moment. :)

So last weekend was possibly the bestEST ever. First celebrating our victory over Sweden (in men) in the Olympic Stadium with 32 000 other people and then going to Bar 54 and partying 'til 4am. Seriously, Finland-Sweden was AWESOME. The feeling was just indescribable, especially during Jukka Keskisalo's last lap! Omg, everyone was standing, cheering, clapping, waving Finnish flags... Wow, I was so proud to be a Finn at that moment.
And. I was standing 3 meters from Vesa Hongisto before we went looking for our seats. Please someone (Jonna) tell me you know who he is! That was a huge thing for me. :D I luff him.
School is going beyond well. I've made three really good new friends, which I'm so thankful of and my courses are (mainly) interesting. Plus, there's my 2-month placement coming up in December, which I'm really excited of! I actually asked a clothing store downtown today if they'd take me, and the owner promised to call me next week. I really hope I get the spot, since it would be neat to be on the other side of the desk for once. ;) Also, the store is really cool, and all of the hot boys shop there (they have men's and women's sections), hehe.
Tomorrow I'm most likely going to Hämeenlinna for Marita's and Elisa's party and then come home Saturday, so I can go clubbing with Jenni and maybe Sanni. Ahh, how I love being young. 8) Life's a one big party! All the time. Every weekend. The only thing that worries me is the amount of calories in booze... I'm going to go all Anna-Nicole Smith (before her weight-loss) soon, LOL.
Asikainen is defending his title in Helsinki, on October 6th. I have to go!!! Kaisa, fancy going with me? :D I'll turn you into a boxing-nut in a blink of an eye, I swear.

Vastaustesi perusteella seuraava luonnehdinta kuvaa persoonallisuuttasi:
Olet lämminhenkinen, ulospäin suuntautunut, iloinen ihminen, jolla on aina aikaa hauskanpidolle, ja joka välttelee tylsiä ihmisiä jotka ottavat itsensä liian vakavasti. Sinulle soveltuvat parhaiten ammatit, joissa voit olla tekemisissä ihmisten parissa, kuten myyntityö, neuvontatyö, asiakaspalvelu, hoitotyö, kriisiapu ja esiintyvä taiteilija. Ihmistyyppisi luonnostaan tarkkailee toisten käyttäytymistä ja pohtii, mitä toiset oikeastaan haluavat. Valitsitpa minkälaisen ammatin tahansa, siinä puhumisella on oltava tärkeä rooli.

Midnight Queen by Brother Firetribe |

I'm sucha happy girl. :) I'm 18 and life's great!
Last Sunday it happened... I SAW LORDI LIVE! Marita and I traveled fucking three hours by bus to get to Heinola. But it was so worth of it. First we had pizza at some local place and then just walked around the market area. Lordi was supposed to play at 17.30 but it got pushed to 18. They started maybe ten minutes past six. Needless to say Marita and I obviously got there early to get good spots (they were great, considering there was 30 000 people there! Like 6 meters from the stage) so we stood there for like two hours. Blah, that sucked. BUT fortunately, I had bought us some cider and long drinks before that, so we didn't have to stand there completely sober. ;) lol
The gig itself was just... ahhh. :D Omg, it's so indescribable to see your heroes live. And they sounded so good! The pyros were amazing, and I was sweating like a monkey because of all the dancing and jumping and whatnot. They even played my absolute favourite song, "Supermonstars (The Anthem of The Phantoms)"!!! I had my eyes closed for half of the time, because I just wanted to enjoy it... Argh, why did it had to end? Of course, they made an encore and played "Hard Rock Hallelujah" at the end. Pretty fucking amazing.
Anyways, next Saturday I'm going to the Finland-Sweden athletics competition (I already have my Finnish t-shirt and flag ready! :D) in Helsinki and because one of my dearest friends, Sanni turns 18, to a bar with her! Fun weekend ahead.
School's cool too. :) Yup, awesomeness.
Btw, Brother Firetribe kicks ass. My new favourite band at the moment. Eee, random!

About 40 minutes and I'm FREEEEEEEEE. EEEEEE! I'm so happy. :) My boss actually gave me the permission to leave like an hour ago, but I decided to stick around as mum and I will go shopping after work together, and she can't leave before three. And speaking of shopping, at lunch break, mum and I went to get some food (cheese rolls and chocolate, eeks) from the market and I bought her the bag I promised for her birthday. It's black leather, and really nice. I could wear it. ;) Last week I also got myself a black jacket (♥) and a grey and turquoise zip-sweater. I bought them right before I went to see the Pirates of The Caribbean with Marita, so I had to take the bag with me. LOL
9 days 'til my birthday. Omg, I just can't believe. The bad thing is, that my new passport isn't arriving until, like 2 weeks from today. So they better accept my old one when I go clubbing. Anyways, I'm having a smallish get-together with my fam and close relatives at Sunday and maybe throw a party for my friends at Sat. Not sure yet. :D
Holjat-festival this year looks promising. I'm going at least on Friday, to see Maija Vilkkumaa and Apulanta (surprising they got them to play... but it could've been LORDI! *sob*) and also the fashion show. Heidi is coming to town on Saturday, so I might go with her also... or then just try to get into a bar. :D
RANDOM: Is it unhealthy to have some Lordi song STUCK in your head all the time? It's crrrazy. Especially at times like these, when I'm at work and it's dead quiet... There's a Lordi concert in my head! Right now it's "Shotgun Divorce". I can feel my brain cells partying. :D
Lordi & Heinola 20th of Aug, here I come!

I want to start blogging again. But I'm too busy slash lazy.
Anyways, I've been working for three weeks now. It's okay, no way near as physical as my placement at the printing house last year. Well, I still work at the same printing house, but this is more of a secreterial spot. I answer the phone, write down ads and messages, deliver the mail for my section, send out mail, write e-mails for customers and whatnot. I do like it, and it's a major step up from last year. I guess they like me. ;)
The thing is, though, that there isn't much to do. The phone rings maybe 5 times a day, sometimes more and sometimes less and I might write down like 4 ads, then I sit in front of the computer and browse the net (like now), do crossword puzzles, read magazines or something like that. LOL, and they pay me 8,4€ for an hour.
Funny thing I just noticed: I'm having trouble with writing English. I haven't been using written English in a while, so the words pretty much come to me like I would pronounce them. Weeeird.
Things to look for to: Finn/Sveakampen and my birthday on August! Can't even begin to describe how stoked I am to turn 18. Wheee-heee! And since Kaisa and I are going to FS-kampen, we get to see Finns whoop some Swedish ass. :D
K, I think I'm having my lunch break.

Amin Asikainen beat Sebastian Sylvester (with fucking KO!) and is now the European Champion.
I could NOT be more proud. That was his 15th KO in - get this - 18 matches. Pretty nice percentage, methinks. Wheeeeeeeeee, what an awesome match it was!
Oh, and if the world is small, Finland is even smaller. I found out yesterday that a very close friend of mine works with Amen's (from LORDI) dad. Wub wub, maybe he could hook us up? Cos, for the record, I'm just madly in love with Amen. It's nuts really. He is a mummy...
Yeah, worth of an update. 8) ♥ Amin&Amen

So apparently I + the other girls in our class are "a bunch of brainless hens". This came from a girl who's a bit... hmm, how to say it nicely? Well, different. But it's not news to me, lol. Just today at lunch, I was eating with Taru, Heini, Aino, Marianna and Christine and man were we noisy. And I know that I probably piss people off by being so vain and loud, but I'm glad that it AIN'T MY PROBLEM! Be nice to me and I'll be nice to you.
School is going well, and days are just flying by. Tomorrow's already Thursday! We have three exams coming up next week though, I need to start doing some studying. It's criminal how I get almost straight K5's with this amount of work I'm doing, lol. Well dang, I guess I'm just that smart. :D Oh, and we picked our so called optional classes for next year. I have four classes, including Spanish I!
Body Combat's new programme is good and bad. There's tracks there that I don't like, but the overall feeling after the class has been good. I love the whole street fight-style and some of the tracks, like the Muay Thai is just kick-ass!
( Hockey shiz )
I have some intense love for Sinuhe Wallinheimo. The best goalie in FEL, and the founder of Sinuhe Show. :D The justice died when he and his team were robbed out of the play off spot. Sinuhe + Pasi are above the rest of us.
Soooooooo tired. I wonder if I can stay up long enough to watch the sport news... They are about 25 minutes away. Mmmmh, I'm seriously having a hard time keeping my eyes open. Off to bed then! I'll read&comment later, sorry. :)

WHAAAT, I can't believe Jussi didn't score on the SO! But it was Toskala who stopped it, wooo baby! :D
Good game; Ville got 1+1 (and a couple of sweet plays to go with them, he is so UNDERRATED) and Niko&Jere goals. Oh, and Mittens also had a niiiiice goal on SO, which sort of crowns this great night for Finns. Just wish Tosk could've gotten a win, but oh well. You rock anyways babe.
The Sharks are officially on my favourites-list now. :P Who misses Nabby?
Mmmh, I'm too tired to write about anything else, lol. Just hockey. I could've watched the TOR-NYR game aswell, since it's on like right now, but hey. Who wants to see Jagr score some flukes and Lundqvist suck anyways? ;) Nah, I choose sleeping.
*yawn*
SaiPa-Blues --> SAIPA 1-0!
JYP-TPS --> JYP 1-0!
This year's playoffs are going to be the bestest so far, I can tell already. :D Can't wait ´til HPK-Ilves, my two faves going against each others. Eeeeeee...

SERIOUSLY. How could I forget the Formulas?!??!!? Ahhhhhh!
The season started off with a bang. ♥ Kimi and Schumi, and Nico, as soon as the Germans stop thinking he's a fucking German. There's no doubt who's the fastest driver again; Kimi starts from the 22nd place and finishes second. Now if only McLaren would stop sucking and being so damn inconsistent. Give Kimi a chance! The next World Champ for sure, if his care doesn't fall a part. Nico was superb and very impressive as well. I love his style of driving, it's great to watch.
I want Kimi to Ferrari SO BAD. Oh pleaseeeee, sign the damn deal already. McLaren doesn't know how to build a consistent car and they don't deserve you, Kimi. And look what Ferrari has done? They are right up there next to Renault again. I tell you, that team (and Schumi, of course) is a living legend.
Also, can't wait 'til next year, Räikkönen, Rosberg and Kovalainen all in the same competition. Now that's some great shit. We rock at motorsports, what can ya say!

Maaaaaan what a long day I've had today. And it's only 5pm. School was okay, I found out that I passed the Power Point-exam! Yay, I thought I flunked it, because it was so easy, lol. The three hours of Math in the morning were just long as always, but this time I sat with Sandra, so my concentration was close to 0. Hehe, we talked about music, our future plans, clothes (and everything else except math) and I sort of tried to explain her some math-stuff, but then gave up cos she was a hopeless case. :D Taru's off sick, AGAIN. Or then she just got the hang on skipping... hehe.
Jokerit-Kärpät last night - HOLY COW! After Jokerit were down 4-2, I thought it was over. But boy was I wrong, what a comeback and WHAT A VICTORY! I haven't been feeling Jokerit a whole lot lately, but yesterday's battle got my Jokerit-heart going again. :P So happy to see them still have a change to make it to the playoffs. Omg, the shoot-out was great! Askey was so cute after he blocked the second shot, awww. He deserved it, after the bad luck on the first shot (he blocked it but it bounced off his back and straight into the goal).
Ilves-Jokerit todayyyyyy! I was going to go to Body Jam but... I'd rather watch the game. Besides I'm sucha lazy ass now days. I hope Ipa doesn't play Rask in the net, because Jokerit need to win this one. But I don't want to see Rask lose any games so... haha.
FPS' season is over. =(((( So sad, after how well they've played lately. I went to the last game with Kaisa and we had a blast, but overall it was just a bit sad. Well, we're a young team and will be better next season! :) If only the team will get the money issues straight. This city needs a hockey team!
Please please please please Canucks, don't judge Noronen because of last night. He is just SO rusty! God, he has played a stunning four games prior to this game during this season. All the potential in the world is there, and I'm 99% sure he's be the next Kiprusoff if given the chance.
A positive Finnish-note from last night; Bergie got 1+2 in his second game! Way to go boy!
